PASSENGER BEHAVIOR
The following is forbidden:
- disturbing order and peace
- consuming alcohol or inappropriate behavior
- damaging the bus
Travel Agency reserves the right to remove any passenger who does not respect these rules.
REFUNDS
- Paid funds are non-refundable except in justified cases
- To request a refund, you must contact the company
- An administrative fee may be retained
